Reflexology in Sleaford and surrounding areas

I am a Clinical Reflexologist and a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR).

I hold the Centralia Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, the highest level of reflexology training available in the UK.

This means I am qualified to give general reflexology, reflexology for specific conditions, hand reflexology, and NEPIP (NeuroEndoPhychoImmunoPody). This is an advanced protocol at the cutting edge of reflexology. Originally developed to alleviate stress and anxiety, it was then found to be useful for people with a wide range of other conditions.

I have experience supporting many clients living with or recovering from many illnesses and problems, including children and teenagers, as well as adults at every stage of life.

Before training as a reflexologist, I worked with families, local groups and classes in the community teaching creative subjects. Working with many hundreds of people over the years has led me to realise the holistic nature of our health and well-being, and set me along the reflexology path.
